Why is my package not working

A package may not work when registering for a class for several reasons:

  • The package expires before the class date.
  • The package has run out of credits.
  • The package is not eligible to join this type of class.
  • If using a recurring package, your payment may not have been successful meaning your recurring package has been cancelled.
