We know that a lot of team members work on a flexible basis, being paid for how many classes or people they teach. For these scenarios we've created a payroll report for you where you can set up your own rules for each team member. Once done you can run the report for any date range you want, seeing how many classes and customers each member of the team has taught and what they should be paid for that period.

No – you can have as many team members as you like!
Can my team members log into their own account?
Yes, as long as you provide them with access to your account they'll be able to log into your account – with the level of access you choose. They can do this via desktop or mobile.
What levels of access can we choose from?
There are four levels of access available:
- Admin – This is only available for you as the account admin. With this you can access everything.
- Manager – This user is like an admin, but the user won't be able to access your settings or payment page.
- Instructor – This user can only view and edit their own classes.
- No access – This user will have a superficial profile shown on their classes but won't be able to log into your account in any way.
