Are business branded emails easy to set up?
Like everything with ClassFit, we’ve designed branded emails to be incredibly easy to set up. When you’re choosing your colors for your integrated calendar, you will also be asked for your business logo and your website address. As soon as you input these, your logo and color choice will automatically feed through to the emails that your customers receive without any need to do anything extra. If you choose not to use our integrated calendar, then you can still follow the same process without choosing to embed the calendar into website – this will also result in fully branded customer emails.
Will all of my emails be branded in my business colors?
Every email that your customers receive will be branded in your colors. For example, class booking confirmation emails, confirmation emails for class bundle or membership purchases or waitlist emails when your classes are full. Any emails that you receive (as the organizer), i.e. notification that a customer has purchased a class bundle or membership, medical forms etc. will be shown in the ClassFit branding.
Do branded emails and the customizable calendar cost extra?
No. Our goal is always to present your business in the best possible way, so our custom branded emails and booking calendar come as standard with ClassFit, meaning you’ll never pay anything extra for this functionality.
