ClassFit was built with yoga and pilates teachers in mind, so our features have been designed to make managing your classes incredibly easy. ClassFit allows your clients to book online via an integrated calendar within your website or via your ClassFit profile page.
You can choose whether to take online or offline payments with a built in waitlist functionality for any full classes. You can also offer only ‘pay as you go’ pricing or class bundles and memberships too.
Integrate Your Calendar Into Your Website
There are two different booking calendar options available with ClassFit. If you have a website, you can integrate your calendar into any page on your website. You can see an example of one of our calendars here.
The ClassFit integrated calendar means your clients don’t ever have to click away from your website to book your classes. And it’s fully customizable, meaning you can match your calendar colors to your branding.
Set-up takes just a couple of minutes and we offer full tutorials on how to do this. If you’d prefer to let us manage the integration though, we offer a set-up service for free and can have you up and running within 24 hours.
If you don’t have a website, then you can also direct your clients to book via your ClassFit profile page (you can see an example of one here). You can customize this with your own cover photo and share it on your social media channels or email via your own personalized calendar link.
No Contracts or Set-Up Costs
ClassFit’s pricing with online payments has been designed to be as flexible as you are. With ClassFit there are no set-up costs and no minimum-term contracts. So if you have a quiet month, or you’re forced to cancel your classes, you won’t be locked into paying a high monthly fee.
If you take online payments, there are no monthly fees at all, we simply take 2% commission of any transactions taken through the platform. Even then, we cap this number at $100 USD/ $130 AUD/ £80 GBP or a similar local equivalent; so you’ll never pay more than this in any given month.
If you’d prefer to take offline payments, then our fees to do this are a simple $15 USD/ $20 AUD/ £12 GBP or equivalent per month.

We’ve designed ClassFit’s pricing to be the most competitive on the market. ClassFit offers an incredible wealth of features but without the high-end pricing of MindBody or GloFlox. There are no monthly fees or contracts to sign and it is totally free to sign up, with complimentary integration and training services.
Our fees are a simple 2% commission on any electronic payments – which we cap at $100 USD / $130 AUD / £80 GBP, so you’ll never pay more than this – even in an incredibly busy month. Our pricing is designed to ebb and flow with your business so you will benefit from even lower fees when you have a quiet period. And to show how much we care about our community, we have waived all ClassFit fees during the Covid-19 pandemic.
What support does ClassFit offer?
ClassFit offers 7 days a week support for your business. We have clients all over the world so our support runs over several timezones. We know how important it is that you get fast and responsive support for your business, so we guarantee that you will never have to wait more than 24 hours for a response with a target response time of under 12 hours. In addition to this, we offer full set-up services for free – including calendar integration into your website and customer migration. How do clients join my classes?
We know how important it is that your clients have a great user experience when signing up to your classes so we’ve designed it so that there are several ways your clients can join. If you have a website, you can integrate our booking calendar into any page (example here!) – here your clients can book a class without ever leaving your website.
If you don’t have a website, you can also direct them to your ClassFit profile page where they can view and sign up to any of your classes. Finally, ClassFit is completely mobile-friendly, meaning it works great on mobile browsers (Chrome, Safari etc.) in addition to our native mobile apps available on iOS and Android.
