Why is my package not showing?

If your package is not showing, you may check it for the following reasons:

  • The organizer did not include the class you are trying to purchase as part of the package
  • The package is for first time clients only and you are not eligible
  • If you were to purchase the non-recurring package today, it would expire before the date of the class you are trying to register for
  • Organizers can not purchase their own packages
  • You already have a recurring package and can’t have 2 recurring packages at the same time. If you wish to change recurring package type, or purchase a new recurring package, please cancel your existing recurring package first. Please see here for more details on how to cancel your existing recurring package.
