Switching to a new Zoom account

If you need to switch your ClassFit account from an old Zoom account to a new one, you can do so easily. Here’s how:

  1. Disconnect Your Current Zoom Account
    • Begin by disconnecting your current Zoom account from ClassFit. You can find further guidance on how to do this here.
  2. Reconnect a New Zoom Account
    • Once your old Zoom account is disconnected, reconnect a different Zoom account. Any new online classes and meetings you create will be linked to your new Zoom account details.

Important Notes:

  • Existing Classes and Meetings
    • Your existing classes in ClassFit, as well as the meetings in Zoom, will remain unchanged. This means they will retain the same meeting links and passwords as before.
  • Starting Fresh
    • If you want to start fresh with your Zoom account, you’ll need to cancel your existing classes and create new ones. Once you do this, ClassFit will automatically cancel the associated Zoom meetings for you.
