How to activate/deactivate your payment plan

 To offer classes through ClassFit, you need to add your payment details and activate your payment plan. You can manage both from within your Settings screen.

Activating Your Payment Plan

  1. Access Settings:

    • Click on the drop-down menu beside your profile picture in the top right-hand corner.
    • Select Settings.

Add Payment Details:

Go to Billing Settings.

Once you’ve entered your card details, enable the ClassFit payment plan by toggling the button at the bottom of the page.

Deactivating Your Payment Plan

  • You can disable your payment plan at any time through the Settings menu.
  • Note: When your payment plan is disabled, you will not incur any minimum fees, but your classes will not be visible to clients for booking.

Important Considerations

  • Plan Activation: Your payment plan must be active for your classes to be visible and for clients to register.
  • Disabling the Plan: While disabling the plan avoids fees, it also prevents clients from viewing and booking your classes.
