Choosing when clients can make bookings

< All Topics

It’s important for businesses to have control over when clients can book their classes. This can help manage issues like clients booking too far in advance or at the last minute. ClassFit provides options to set these limits according to your preferences.

Setting the First Booking Time

When creating or editing your classes, you’ll find a field labeled “How far ahead can clients book (days)”. The default setting is 60 days, allowing clients to book classes up to 60 days in advance. If you wish to limit this, you can adjust the number of days. For example, if you prefer clients to book no more than 7 days ahead, set this field to 7.

Setting the Last Booking Time

In the class creation or editing process, there’s also a field labeled “Last booking time (minutes)”. By default, this is set to -15, meaning clients can book a class up to 15 minutes after it has started. If you want to prevent late bookings, adjust this field to a positive value. For instance, setting it to 60 means clients must book at least 60 minutes before the class starts.

Example Setup
