Can my clients have the choice to pay both online and offline for the same class?

You can offer classes with either online or offline payments, but not both at the same time.

If customers are given both options, it could lead to issues where clients who haven’t paid in advance have an unfair advantage over those who were willing to financially commit to the class. For instance, clients who opt for offline payments but fail to attend could take priority over paying clients, which could create an unfair scenario.

For this reason, ClassFit only allows you to choose one payment method—online or offline—for each class to ensure fairness in bookings.
