Adding clients to classes

To add clients to a class, please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Access the Class Details Page

Navigate to the class details page and click the three dots next to the check-in button. From the dropdown menu, select Add Client.

Step 2: Enter Client Information

A form will appear where you can input the client’s first name, last name, and email address. After entering the details, click Add.

Step 3: Confirm Client Addition

Once added, the client will appear in your participant list on the right-hand side of the class page.

Important Notes:

  • Payment and Credits: If the client has a class pack or membership with you, one credit will automatically be deducted. If not, you will need to arrange payment with the client separately.
