Why Do My Client’s Credits Show as Available and then Missing?

If a client’s credits seem to be there one moment and missing the next, there are two common reasons.

• The package has expired.
• The client is trying to use credits on a class that is not linked to the package. Credits appear for eligible classes but not for unlinked classes, which can make them seem missing.
