Our development team works hard to keep our apps bug-free, but occasionally, a bug may appear. Below are steps you can take to resolve issues with the Android app and how to report them if needed.

1. Make Sure You Have the Latest Version of the App

First, ensure that you are using the latest version of the ClassFit app:

  • Go to Google Play, find ClassFit, and update your app to the latest version.
  • After updating, check if this has resolved your issue.

2. Report the Issue

If the problem persists and is not addressed in this document, please report it to us. Providing detailed information helps us resolve the issue more quickly. Please email us at hello@classfit.com with the following information:

  • Description of the Issue: Provide a clear explanation of the problem.
  • Screenshots or Video: If possible, include a screenshot or video of the issue.
  • Device Type: Let us know the type of device you are using (e.g., Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra, Huawei MatePad Pro). Guide to find your device type.

3. Try Our Web App Instead

Our web app is typically a few steps ahead of the mobile apps in terms of stability and features. If you are experiencing issues with the Android app, you can access the web app as an alternative:

  • Go to www.classfit.com and log in with your credentials.
  • The web app is mobile-friendly, so you can use it just like the Android app.
