Why is my discount code not working?

 If clients are experiencing issues with discount codes, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
  • Incorrect Input:
    The discount code may have been entered incorrectly. Remember, discount codes are case-sensitive.

  • Discount Code Not Enabled:
    The discount code might not have been enabled by the organizer.

  • Start Date in the Future:
    The discount code may have a start date that hasn’t begun yet.

  • End Date in the Past:
    The discount code might have expired if the end date has already passed.

  • Maximum Uses Reached:
    The coupon may have reached its maximum number of uses, or the user has already redeemed it based on the set limit.

  • Class or Package Not Included:
    The organizer may not have included the specific class or package in the discount code’s eligibility.

  • Organizer Registration:
    Organizers cannot use discount codes to register for their own classes or purchase their own packages.
