Setting up a ClassFit account takes just a couple of minutes and because we don’t ask you to sign a contract, you can sign up yourself without any barriers. There is no obligation so you are welcome to try ClassFit out, simply to see if you like it. We don’t believe in locking people into contracts so if you don’t like it, you are free to leave at any time.

Yes, our customer service runs 7 days a week so we’re always on hand to help guide you through the setting up process. We offer one-to-one demos to help guide you and we also have a comprehensive knowledge base if you wanted an immediate answer. If you need help integrating your booking calendar into your website, then we are also happy to take care of this for you. 

The process of switching from another provider could not be more simple. If you don’t have customers with currently active memberships or class packs, then you can set-up your account and upload your contacts into ClassFit within minutes.
