Refund Policy

ClassFit offers several refund policies. The organizer of each class is responsible for selecting which refund policy they will operate for each class. Once this policy is confirmed, refunds based on dropouts will be automated as per the terms of each policy. Please allow up to 24 hours for ClassFit to start this refund process. Stripe will then require time to complete this process based upon their own terms and conditions.

Refunds if replaced

If you register for this class and drop out, you will receive a refund if; the class never filled up or, the class filled up, but after you dropped out filled up again.

No refunds

If you register for this class and drop out at any time, you will not be eligible to receive a refund.

100% refunds (1 hour)

If you register for this class and drop out more than 1 hour before the class start time, you will be eligible to receive a refund.

100% refunds (3 hour)

Any customer who drops out more than three hours before the class starts will receive a refund.

100% refunds (6 hour)

Any customer who drops out more than six hours before the class starts will receive a refund.

100% refunds (12 hour)

Any customer who drops out more than twelve hours before the class starts will receive a refund.

100% refunds (24 hour)

If you register for this class and drop out more than 24 hours before the class start time, you will be eligible to receive a refund.

100% refunds (48 hour)

Any customer who drops out more than 48 hours before the class starts will receive a refund.

No-Show Policy

ClassFit offers several no-show policies. The organizer of each class is responsible for selecting which no-show policy they will operate for each class. Once this policy is confirmed, no-show payments if applicable will be automated as per the terms of each policy. If you have an unlimited membership, and have attended a class that requires a check-in and you have forgotten or were unable to do so, please contact your class organizer who can update this for up to 48 hours after the class.

No charge no email

No charge and no warning email will be sent.

No charge with email

No charge, but the customer will be sent an organizer branded email reminder to drop-out online if they can’t make future classes.

Full charge – Charged full pay as you go class price

If you register for this class and do not attend, you will be charged the full pay as you go class price.

Charge only if class was full – As above, but only if the class was ever full

Customers will be charged the full pay as you go price of each class they sign up form and don’t attend and the class was full, potentially stopping another customer from attending. We will follow up with an email the customer of this charge.

Warnings

Each organizer will be able to amend the above policies with 0-3 warnings. In this scenario the customer will be warned via email that they have violated the no-show policy but not charged until they have no warnings left.
