If the card you originally paid with is no longer valid (lost, stolen, expired etc.), your bank will usually redirect the refund to your new or replacement card. If you don't have a new card, the bank will send the refund directly to your bank account.
Refunds are processed by our payment partner, Stripe. You can refund non-disputed payments to your customers using the Stripe API or directly from the Dashboard.
