A key component of ClassFit Analytics is how easy they are to understand. Everything has been color coded and presented in charts so you can see quickly and easily where your business is at, providing you with the actionable insight you’ll need to inform your business decisions.
At one glance, you can view the revenue your business has generated over the last month, 3 months and 12 months, and then filter down based on class type, location, and day of the week.
Further to that, you can see the average cost per class, the revenue generated from each class as well as the attendance rate. If you have multiple teachers, you can also view the relevant statistics for each teacher to better understand their performance.

What information can I see through ClassFit analytics?
With ClassFit Analytics, you can see quickly see your revenue, growth over set periods of time and number of classes taught, filtered down by teacher if you choose. This can be across your whole business or, if you have more than one location, you can filter down by location along with teacher, class type or even day of the week.
Can I customize the graphs and drill down to see more details?
Yes, you have three different views with ClassFit Analytics – Business, Classes and Teachers. The Business view is the default where you can see a quick snapshot of your revenue over the past 30 days, 90 days and 12 months with growth percentages to give you an indication of how quickly your business is growing. The second view is Classes where you can view cost, revenue and attendance rate with growth data too. Finally, the last view is Teachers where you can see data organized by each instructor working with you.

When it comes to managing your business, the more data you have at your fingertips, the better.
