Adding and editing client bundles

Sometimes you may need to add a bundle to a client’s profile, or edit an existing bundle that a client has purchase. We’ll show you how in this article. 

Adding a bundle to a client’s profile

First, navigate to your contact database by clicking Contacts in the top right of your screen. Then click on the name of the client in question – this will take you to their personal contact page which is only visible to you. Once you are on this page, click the “+” icon highlighted in red below. 

A popup will appear asking you to select whether you want to add a membership or a class bundle (as below). Now select the type of membership you would like to add to your client’s profile. 

Once you have selected your type of bundle, you will then need to select the specific membership or class pack you want to add to your client’s account. Once selected you will see the details of this bundle so you can confirm it is the correct one. If you are happy that this is the right bundle, click the “Add bundle to client account” button. 

Now you will see that the bundle has been applied to the account, as pictured in the red area below. 

Editing a client’s existing bundle 

Once a client has a bundle, whether a membership or class pack, you can edit it from the contact page too. Simply click “Edit” and all fields will become editable. You can change the expiry/renewal date, the number of classes left, and the status of the membership. If you choose to pause a membership, you can set the date it will automatically restart. Once you have made all the edits required, click Save. After the page refreshes, you should double check that the changes are as required.
