Emailing your class

You might have cause to email your class from time to time; whether this be to let them know you’re moving the location, to bring certain equipment, or to ask who it was who left their phone behind! Luckily, you can email your class quickly and easily from within ClassFit.

Once you’re on the Class details page for the class in question, click on the action button highlighted below, and then on Email class.

Then a popup will appear where you can choose whether you want to email the main class, the main class and the waitlist, or just the waitlist only. Once you’ve selected that simply add your title and text and click send. We will then send your clients an email as if it were from you, with your name, logo and brand colours – and if they reply to that message it will go directly to your inbox too!
