<p class="wp-block-paragraph">We understand it’s important to keep track of when your clients’ packages are due to expire, run out, or renew. To help you manage this, we’ve made it easy to view all purchased packages in one place.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Viewing Purchased Packages</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">In your ClassFit app, go to<strong> Packages</strong> on the left side menu and then click on <strong>Purchased Class Packages</strong>.</p>

<figure class="wp-block-image size-large"><img alt="Admin sidebar menu with the Purchased Packages link highlighted under the Packages section" fetchpriority="high" decoding="async" width="1024" height="402" src="https://classfit.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/04/Purchased-packages-1024x402.png" alt="" class="wp-image-53613" srcset="https://classfit.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/04/Purchased-packages-1024x402.png 1024w, https://classfit.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/04/Purchased-packages-300x118.png 300w, https://classfit.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/04/Purchased-packages-768x301.png 768w, https://classfit.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/04/Purchased-packages-1536x603.png 1536w, https://classfit.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/04/Purchased-packages-2048x804.png 2048w, https://classfit.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/04/Purchased-packages-710x279.png 710w" sizes="(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px" /></figure>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Review the List</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">You will now see a list of all purchased class packages. This page includes:</p>

<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li><strong>Package Name</strong></li>

<li><strong>Classes Left</strong></li>

<li><strong>Cost</strong></li>

<li><strong>Expiry/Renewal Date</strong></li>

<li><strong>Status</strong> (e.g., Active, Cancelled)</li>

<li><strong>Actions</strong> (e.g., Edit)</li>
</ul>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Manage Packages</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">You can click on the pencil icon to view and manage details for each package, such as adjusting the expiry date or viewing the number of classes remaining.</p>
