If you have multiple teachers working with you, you may want to create a separate profile for each. You can assign a teacher to each class you create, and the class will show their name, picture, and bio.

Add an instructor in the way you normally would:

Go to the menu on the left side, click on Tools, then Team, then click Add team member.

You can add a certain level of access to your instructors.

Editing and Deleting Teacher Profiles

You can edit or delete any of your teacher profiles further down the page. Once you’ve found the teacher’s profile you want to edit or delete, just click the pencil icon or trash icon. If you “Edit,” the original form you filled in will reappear above, where you can make your edits and click save. If you choose “Delete,” a popup will appear asking you if you are sure. If you are sure, click yes.

Adding payroll rules

On the Payroll page, click Add Payroll. A pop-up will appear where you can define the pay for each team member. Once complete, click Add payroll.

To export a report, click Export CSV.

What does the attendance figure count?

The attendance figure counts the total number of attendees across the classes in question. For example, if an instructor taught 10 classes and 10 people attended each one, the attendance figure is 100.

Can my team be paid directly from ClassFit?

No. ClassFit cannot pay your team members directly, and it cannot split a payment between you and them.

Everything your clients pay goes into your own Stripe account first, and Stripe pays it out to your bank account. You then pay your team yourself, in whatever way you normally do.

The Payroll tool is there to work out what each team member is owed, using the rules you set. It does not move money and it does not hold a balance for your team. Use Export CSV on the Payroll page to get the figures out for your own payroll or bookkeeping.

Then you will be directed to our Login screen. Choose the option to Create an Account.

We ask the typical questions you would expect and explain why we need each piece of information below:

• First and last name – So we know what to call you.
• Email address – So we know how to contact you with booking confirmations and updates.
• Password – So we can keep your account secure.
• Country – If you’re a business, we need to know what currency your classes will be charged in, and if you’re searching for classes we’ll make sure we show you classes near you.
• Account type – We’ll ask you if you’re using ClassFit mainly to create and manage classes, or to find and join classes. This will determine whether we default to the Organizer or Participant view on your profile.

Once you’ve filled in your details and hit the sign up button you’re nearly done. We’ll send you an email to confirm your email address. If you still haven’t seen it after 15 minutes, we’d recommend checking your junk mail.

You can switch between Organizer and Participant view at any time. Just click on Participant View on the left side menu to switch or click on the dropdown at the upper right side, beside the profile image and choose Switch to Studio view, depending on what you require.
