Here is how the Financial reports page looks. You can download your monthly transaction history, View monthly totals by transaction category, Download a list of your payouts and more. Just find out in the tabs on the left the report that matches your need.

Inviting your customers

Once you have created a ClassFit account, you can invite customers to join you through ClassFit. You don’t need to do this, but it is a good way of communicating to your contact list that they will now need to make bookings through ClassFit. To learn more about how to invite your clients to join ClassFit, whether one by one or all at once, please see our tutorial here.

If you invite your clients, they will receive an email inviting them to create their ClassFit account and join your classes. This email will have your name and your branding on it.

Creating a ClassFit account

Before your clients can join your classes, they need to create an account. This is so we can tell you who has joined each class, and manage their packages where appropriate. Your clients can create an account in several places:

• ClassFit.com
• ClassFit’s mobile apps
• Your integrated calendar on your website.

Your customers simply need to fill out the short form then click Sign up.

Finding and joining your classes

There are several ways for your clients to find your classes. We recommend that you guide your customers in the following order:

1. Adding your calendar to your website
2. Linking to your ClassFit profile page
3.  Searching manually via classfit.com or via our mobile applications

Adding your calendar to your website

If you have a website, we recommend integrating your own custom ClassFit calendar. It’s quick and simple, and will provide your customers with a really seamless user experience. They’ll never need to leave your website, and it will feel like you’ve had your own fancy custom booking software built just for you. Through your ClassFit profile

Your ClassFit profile is similar to a Facebook page. You can customize your own banner, profile picture and business information. And below this, you will have a list of only your classes, so your customers will never have to see any competing classes. You can share a link to your profile page simply by copying the URL at the top of the page and sharing it with your customers. For more on how to do this please see our tutorial here.

Whilst you will see your profile page from the admin view, with the ability to edit the page and classes, your clients will see it from the participant view shown below. From here they can just find the class that is right for them and click the Book button.

Favorites

Once your clients log in, the Favorites page comes up. Once they have joined your class, your studio is listed on their Favorites page. By clicking on your studio name or your profile picture, they will be directed to your profile page, where they can proceed in booking your classes.

Searching on classfit.com or our mobile apps 

As long as your class is set to “Seen by Everyone”, it will be listed on ClassFit.com and our mobile apps. This may help you gain new clients, but it also means your clients may see competing classes. For this reason, we recommend directing clients to your website calendar or ClassFit profile instead. If a client searches manually, they can enter your studio name to find you.

Alerts when a studio posts new classes

Clients cannot get an alert when a studio posts new classes.

Viewing Purchased Packages

In your ClassFit app, go to Packages on the left side menu and then click on Purchased Class Packages.

Review the List

You will now see a list of all purchased class packages. This page includes:

• Package Name
• Classes Left
• Cost
• Expiry/Renewal Date
• Status (e.g., Active, Cancelled)
• Actions (e.g., Edit)

Manage Packages

You can click on the pencil icon to view and manage details for each package, such as adjusting the expiry date or viewing the number of classes remaining.

Adding an Instructor

Follow these steps to add an instructor for your classes:

1. Go to Tools on the left side menu.
2. Click Team.
3. Click Add team member.

Creating a Joint Profile

• Enter both instructors’ names in the Name field (e.g., “Jan and Yasmine”).
• Upload a joint photo.
• Write a joint biography in the Bio field.
• Click Save.

Final Result

After saving the joint instructor profile, the class details will display the combined instructor information, as shown below:

Changing your email address

Go to the left side menu and look for Settings. Then under Account Settings, look for Email then click Edit Email.

An option to Add New Email Address comes up. After putting in the new email address, click Save.

Steps to Print a List of Class Attendees:

1. Navigate to Class Details
   • Log in to your ClassFit account and go to the class details page for the relevant class.
2. Highlight the Attendees
   • Left-click before the first name on the list, then drag the cursor down to the last name to highlight all the attendees.
3. Right-click on the Highlighted Text
   • Once the names are highlighted, right-click the highlighted section.
4. Select Print
   • From the right-click menu, choose Print.
   • Follow the prompts to print the list using your preferred printer.
