Just follow the step-by-step instructions below.

Go to Payments on the left side menu. Enter your 4-digit PIN. On the right side, click on the button that says Export CSV.

Exported file has no data. This is usually caused by the date range selected on the Payments page having no completed sales in it. Check: the date range covers the period you expect, you are looking at the right report (Payments, not Reports), and there were actually sales taken in that window. If the file is still empty after checking these, email hello@classfit.com with the date range you tried.
