Add a package to a client's account, edit credits and dates, pause or cancel it. Adding a package gives credits free; clients who should pay buy it themselves.

Go to Clients on the left side menu and click the client’s name. Open the Packages tab.

Adding a package

Click Add package. Choose Recurring or Non-recurring, then the package name. You will see the package details so you can confirm it is the right one. Click Add package.

Adding a package does not take payment. The client is not charged and is not asked to pay. You are giving them the credits. If you want the client to pay, do not add it here. They buy it themselves at class checkout or from the Package tab on your calendar widget. If you added a package by mistake and want the client to buy it, edit it and remove the unused credits, or cancel it. A client with unused credits in a pack is not offered that pack to buy again.

Editing, pausing or cancelling a package

Click the pencil icon on the package. You can change the expiry or renewal date, the number of credits left, and the status (Active, Paused, Cancelled). If you pause a recurring package, you can set the date it restarts. Click Save and check the page after it refreshes.

To add credits only, see How to add a credit to a client’s account.

Adding a package with a future start date

If you add a package with a future start date, the client is not charged on that start date. If the client buys the package themselves, they pay at the time of purchase. If you add the package to their account, we note the future start date but do not charge them on that date. They are charged on future renewal dates.
