Once you have done this, your emails will all be fully aligned with your branding.

On the class page click the Clients tab. This lists everyone booked in, with check-in and waitlist status.

The dashboard also shows how many people are booked into each class in the next 7 days under Your week ahead, and your next class with a check-in shortcut on the left.

• Incorrect Input:
  The discount code may have been entered incorrectly. Remember, discount codes are case-sensitive.

• Discount Code Not Enabled:
  The discount code might not have been enabled by the organizer.

• Start Date in the Future:
  The discount code may have a start date that hasn’t begun yet.

• End Date in the Past:
  The discount code might have expired if the end date has already passed.

• Maximum Uses Reached:
  The discount code may have reached its maximum number of uses, or the client has already redeemed it based on the set limit.

• Class or Package Not Included:
  The organizer may not have included the specific class or package in the discount code’s eligibility.

• Organizer Registration:
  Organizers cannot use discount codes to register for their own classes or purchase their own packages.

Additionally, if you increase the maximum number of participants in a class, only the clients on the waitlist will be notified that a space has become available.

1. Disconnect your current Zoom account
   • Begin by disconnecting your current Zoom account from ClassFit.
2. Reconnect a new Zoom account
   • Once your old Zoom account is disconnected, reconnect a different Zoom account. Any new online classes and meetings you create will be linked to your new Zoom account details.

Important notes:

• Existing classes and meetings
  • Your existing classes in ClassFit, as well as the meetings in Zoom, will remain unchanged. This means they will retain the same meeting links and passwords as before.
• Starting fresh
  • If you want to start fresh with your Zoom account, you’ll need to cancel your existing classes and create new ones. Once you do this, ClassFit will automatically cancel the associated Zoom meetings for you.

Because of this freedom to choose your own colors, it is possible to choose white text on a white background which may appear invisible at first glance. However as shown below, the text is actually there.

If you have this “invisible text problem”, simply go to Tools, and click on Calendar Widget. Once you are on this page, locate the color you have selected as white (FFFFFF). Change this to a darker color which will be visible on a white background.

Then click Save and reload. Once you’ve done this a new page will load showing your calendar with your new color settings which will automatically be updated on your website too. You can also keep changing the colors until you are happy with them.

How many days ahead the widget shows classes. This is not a widget-level setting. Each class has its own “How far ahead can clients book (days)” field, set when you create or edit the class. Increase it to show that class further ahead on your calendar widget and profile.

Expired Package:
The class pack or membership you purchased may have already expired before the class date. Make sure to check the package expiry date before booking the class.

Insufficient Credits:
The class pack or membership you have may not contain enough credits to join the class. Confirm that you have sufficient credits available in your package.

Class Eligibility:
Some class packs and memberships are restricted to specific types of classes. It’s possible that your package does not cover the type of class you are trying to join. You can verify this with your class organizer.

Logged into the Wrong Account:
It’s possible you might be logged into a different account. For example, some clients have accidentally signed up for multiple ClassFit accounts using different emails or social login methods. Ensure you are using the account linked to the package. You can verify this by checking that the package appears on your profile page.

Why a package is not offered at checkout
The organiser has not linked this class to the package; the package is for first-time clients only and you have booked before; a non-recurring pack would expire before this class; you already hold a recurring membership (cancel it first, or ask your organiser to allow more than one); organisers cannot buy their own packages.

Why a package you own did not work
It expired before the class date; it has no credits left; it does not cover this class type; or, for a membership, the renewal payment failed and it was cancelled. Check My Packages in participant view.

Steps to create a class using a template

1. Go to the left side menu, go to Classes > Create a class.

2. Click on the dropdown under Template, and choose the existing one that you prefer.

3. Fill in Class Details

• Once a template is selected, ClassFit will automatically populate all fields based on the template, except for:
  • Date and time, Attendance type (online or in-person), Minimum and maximum attendees

You can edit any other details as needed.

4. Complete the Form

Continue through the form, adding or editing the class information, and click Next to finalize the class.
