It is not something ClassFit can change on our side.

  • If you use a private or incognito window, you will likely be logged out every time you close it.
  • If you clear your cache or cookies, you will be logged out.

  • Invalid access token
  • Failed to refresh access token: 400 … zoom.us/oauth/token

Both mean the connection between ClassFit and Zoom has expired. Zoom reports this can happen when the organiser is signed in on several devices.

Fix

1. In ClassFit go to Tools > Integrations and switch Zoom off.
2. If Zoom asks, remove ClassFit from your Zoom App Marketplace dashboard (Manage > Added apps > ClassFit > Remove).
3. Switch Zoom on again in ClassFit and click Authorise when Zoom asks.
4. Save the class again.
