Why isn’t my class showing when I create a discount code
When you create a discount code, you can choose which classes and packages you would like the discount code to apply to. For example if you have a special workshop or retreat coming up, may not wish the discount code to apply. You can do so by selecting only the appropriate classes as below:
However, you may sometimes notice that a class you have created is not included in the list. There should be two reasons for this:
- The class is marked as paid on site only. As the discount code is used for online payments only, it will not apply.
- The class or package is free. As the class is free, no payment is required, therefore no discount can be applied.
