Why is my discount code not working?

If clients experience problems with using discount codes, it may be because one of the following reasons:

  • Discount code input is incorrect – remember this is case sensitive too.
  • Discount code not enabled
  • Start date is in the future
  • End date is in the past
  • Maximum uses per coupon, or users per customer has already been reached
  • Organizer has not included the class or package you are trying to purchase as part of the discount code.
  • The organizer can not register for their own classes, or purchase their own packages. As such the discount codes will not work in these scenarios either.
