Why have I been charged to join a class when I have a package?
There are a few reasons why you may be charged for joining a class, even if you have a package.
- The class pack you have purchased might have already expired before the class date. It is best to check the package expiry date before joining the class.
- The class pack or membership that you have does not have a sufficient amount of credits to join the class.
- It is possible that the class pack or membership that you have is not eligible to join this type of class. Organizers can customize class packs and memberships to only allow user to join certain class types. You can verify this information with your organizer.
- It is possible you are signed into the wrong account. We have had some customers who have mistakenly signed up for multiple ClassFit accounts, either after forgetting they had originally signed up, or one by email and one via social login. In this case we have seen some users purchase a package with one account, and then try to join a class with the other account which does not have the package. To ensure you are using the account with the package, please check that the package is showing on the profile page of the account you are trying to register with.
