Why did my card get declined

The most likely reasons for a card being declined are:

  • Insufficient funds,
  • A card has passed its expiry date
  • A card issuer has withheld funds pending client confirmation that the transaction is legitimate.

If this happens to you, we would recommend calling your card issuer to confirm that all is in order, and that the attempted payment was genuine. Once you have done this you should be able to re-attempt payment.
