Unable to Login

There are times when you fail to log in and you get this error message.

You do not have to worry. If the login does not work, you can do the following:

  1. Reset your password

On the login page, enter your email address. Then click on the ‘Forgot Password’ below it.

 

2. Once this comes up, re-enter the email address of your ClassFit account.

3. Check your email. You should be able to receive a link where you can put in a new password.
