Setting up your check-in policy

Sometimes a client will register for a class and not show up. If they pay for an individual classes, or a limited class bundles, they will lose their payment or pass associated with this class. If you offer an unlimited membership option, it is possible for your clients to register for a class and not show up, without any penalty. To avoid this, we let you customize your own check-in policy to provide email reminders and/or charge clients who register and don’t show up to a class.

From the Tools page, click Check-in settings. Once on the Check-in policy page you can customize your check-in policy.
