Manually add, edit, cancel or pause a package
If you would like to make changes to the client’s package manually, here are the steps that you need to follow.
Go to Clients, and select the appropriate client name.
Go to the Packages tab on the left. Then click Add Package.
A popup will appear. Select the type of package (recurring packages or non-recurring packages) you would like to add, and then the package name. Finally, click the “add package to client account” button.
Editing existing client package
Once you are on the client’s profile, go to Packages, look for the active package and click Edit Package.
Once you have clicked Edit, you can make changes to the package’s expiry date, number of classes left, or status. Once you have made your changes, click Save.
