If you would like to make changes to the client’s membership manually, here are the steps that you need to follow.

Go to Contacts, and select the appropriate client name.

Adding bundles

Click the “+” icon to add a bundle.

A popup will appear. Select the type of bundle (class pack or membership) you would like to add, and then the bundle name. Finally, click the “add bundle to client account” button.

Editing existing client bundles

Once you are on the client’s profile, go to Memberships and Class Bundles, look for the active bundle and click Edit.

Once you have clicked Edit, you can make changes to the bundle’s expiry date, number of classes left, or status. Once you have made your changes, click Save.
