Invalid Access Token Error

Error

When creating a Zoom based class, you may receive the error “Invalid access token” error as below. This is likely because the connection between Zoom and ClassFit has timed out. According to Zoom this can happen when a user is logged in on multiple devices.

Solution

Zoom have since resolved this error, with tokens that last up to 15 years. To get this new token, you will need to disconnect your ClassFit and Zoom account, and reconnect them. We have a tutorial on how to do this here.
