How waitlists work

When your class fills up, ClassFit will automatically create a waitlist for your other clients to join. The rules of the waitlist change depending on how much time there is left until the class starts. We describe this in greater detail below.

Waitlist rules more than 12 hours from the class start time

If one of your customers drop out of your class we will automatically email the first customer on the waitlist to let them know that a space is now available. This customer will have one hour to confirm if they want the space. If they can no longer make the class, or they don’t respond, we will then email the second person on the waitlist and allow this customer to join as well. This process will continue until everyone on the waitlist has been offered the space in the order that they joined the waitlist. If nobody on the waitlist opts to take the space it will then become open to the public again.

Waitlist rules within 12 hours of the class start time.

While we respect the “first come, first served” rules above, our priority is always to ensure that your classes remain full. If a space becomes available within 12 hours of the class start time, we will email everyone on the waitlist immediately. We will allow all waitlist members, as well as the public to take this space.
