How to refund a client

Refunds are processed by our payment partner, Stripe. This article is for the refund process of Stripe express, for the countries not included here.

Once logged in to your ClassFit account, go to Tools. Then Integrations. Once you are there, go to Access Dashboard and enter your PIN.

Once you are on the payment page, find the client that you want to process the refund for, click on the refund option on the right side.
Please note that if you refund the full amount, ClassFit will also refund the fees associated with that account. For partial refund, you can edit the amount for Refund Payment.
