Adding clients to your database

We know that your clients are important to you, and that you need their information at your fingertips. To help you with this, we have created a contact database.

Adding contacts

Once you’re logged in to our website, click Clients on the top. This will take you to your contact database. Whenever a client joins one of your classes, we will automatically add them to your contact database. If you are joining ClassFit, you may also wish to add a pre-existing client list. You can do this one at a time, or upload an entire list at once.

To upload a single contact, click on the arrow at the right side of Add Client. Choose Add Single Client. Then insert your client’s first name, last name and email address in the popup. Then, if this information is all correct, click “Invite contact”.

If you have a large number of clients to add to your contact database, you may prefer the bulk upload function. Click on the arrow at the right side of Add Client. Choose Add Multiple Client. Then click the “Browse” button to find your client database on your computer. To work properly your client database should be a .CSV file and have each client’s email address, first name, and last name in columns A, B and C respectively.

Whether you add your clients to the contact database one at a time or in bulk, we will send each of them an email, letting them know that you are now taking bookings via ClassFit.
