Welcome to Balanced by Mariella. My mission is to help people create a ‘Balanced’ life and feel empowered through movement and mindfulness. I offer a range of holistic and fitness programmes and classes that focus primarily on the principles of Pilates and Yoga, to build core strength, improve mobility and flexibility and leave you feeling more centred and calm.

Whether you are looking to increase strength and tone, improve your core and alignment, help reduce pain or are recovering from injury, my classes and programmes are designed to improve your body and mind through a series of movement.
