Our support doesn’t stop when you sign up. You’ll still have access to the same rapid response times over email (our average response time is just 4 hours) and we also offer unlimited technical support Zoom sessions.

Our technical support sessions are perfect if you have a lot of questions, need help setting up or just want to talk to a human person! We do these over Zoom so we can do a live screen share of your ClassFit account and work through any issues you might have or do a live demonstration if you’re unsure how to use a feature. We offer both our troubleshooting Zoom sessions and our email support, 7 days a week.
