Below you’ll find some of our most frequently asked questions regarding our scheduling and booking software.
What are your fees?
If you’re taking online payments, we charge a simple 2% of any sales taken. No monthly fees, no sign up fees, just a simple 2%. To put that into simple terms, if you’ll pay us $20 for every $1000 you make. We also cap this at a maximum of $100 USD (or local equivalent) per month. This means that whether you’re just starting out, or you’re an absolute superstar, you will always get the best value for money possible.
Our pricing is very simple and extremely flexible – or dare we say it – ‘pandemic proof’. Our fees ebb and flow with your business so if you have a quiet month, then you’ll pay us less. And if you pause your classes, then you don’t pay us anything at all. No notice period, no contracts – just a simple, flexible pricing model that supports your business needs.
If you would prefer to take offline payments, then it’s a simple monthly fee of $15 USD/ £12 GBP/ $20 AUD per month.

I don't have a website - can I still use ClassFit?
Absolutely! We’ve designed our scheduling software to be extremely easy to use for both you and your customers – whether you have a website or not. Every ClassFit account is given their own profile (you can see an example of one here) where you can direct clients to. From here, they can view your class schedule, then book and pay for your classes.
Your ClassFit profile is completely mobile friendly so you can direct them from your Instagram or other social media channels and they’ll still be able to easily book their place in your classes. There is also the option of booking through our mobile apps, which are available on both Apple iOS and Android.
How do I integrate my calendar into my website?
Integrating our booking calendar into your website is incredibly simple and can be done in just a few minutes. ClassFit’s scheduling software works with all major website providers (from WordPress and Wix to Squarespace and Weebly!) and is as simple as copy and pasting a few lines of code into the page that you want your calendar to appear on.
We have full tutorials on how to do this however our customer support team is also happy to handle the integration for you as well – completely free of charge.
Can I manually add clients to my classes and amend their membership details?
Yes! Even though ClassFit is intended to automate your admin (so you can spend less time doing it!), we also understand that occasionally you’ll need to make a manual change. ClassFit offers you the full flexibility to do that, allowing you to manually add clients to your classes as well as adjusting any recurring memberships or class packs that they may hold with you. You’ll be able to do everything from pausing a customer’s membership to adding or subtracting a credit from their class pack, all within just a few clicks.
